What is the payment policy?

A minimum deposit must be made to reserve your spot.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to start of workshop, otherwise risk forfeiture of 100% of your deposit and making your space available to another individual.

What is the cancellation policy?

I understand things happen, so in those situations, the following applies:

  • If you need to cancel, you may transfer your spot to another person and work that out privately.

  • However, if you cancel and your spot is NOT filled, the following schedule applies:

    • Cancel 60 days or more before start of workshop - May transfer deposit to another workshop

    • Cancel less than 60 days before start of workshop - No refund and no transferring to another workshop

What should I bring to the workshop?

A welcome e-mail kit will be sent out prior to the start of the workshop outlining all gear and necessary items you should bring with you.

Do I have to lodge at the chosen accommodations?

No, but you are responsible for any other accommodations and those would not be included in the workshop price.

Upon signing up, you will receive a link with a more in depth itinerary with locations, gear and expected weather to help ensure you have everything needed for your upcoming workshop.

What does the itinerary look like for my workshop?

Is there a way to meet other students that are attending the workshop prior to?

Yes, I create a group chat for all students to get to know one another ahead of time and ask any questions. This will also help us communicate efficiently during the workshop as a group.

What about severe weather?

Safety is always my top concern. I can’t control the weather (yet). Until then, I may revise the itinerary to accommodate the forecasted weather and do what I can to work around the conditions we are given.
